DEI Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2023

1. Purpose

This DEI policy aims to:

     a. Foster an inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels valued, safe, and treated fairly, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

​     b. Promote diversity in all aspects of our business, including recruitment, hiring, promotions, and professional development opportunities.

     c. Ensure equal access to opportunities, resources, and benefits for all employees, regardless of their background or identity.

     d. Prohibit discrimination, harassment, or any other form of disrespectful or biased behavior within our company.
